Bill Pisetsky
Bill recently returned to Southern California from Honolulu where he was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Howard Hughes Corporation - Hawaii. He was responsible for the residential sales activity at Ward Village, a 20-acre mixed-use master planned community. The luxury towers ranged from $400,000 - $36,000,000. Bill introduced new sales techniques and marketing strategies which resulted in; capturing more than 50% of the directly competitive market share, exceeded the company business plan by an astounding $92,000,000, reduced the cancellation rate from 40% to 11%, and was under budget by $9,000,000 for allowable incentives.
For fifteen years Bill was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Shea Homes of Southern California. Shea is America’s largest privately held homebuilding company. There he successfully united six homebuilding divisions across the country as well as Shea Design Studio, Shea Mortgage, Shea Escrow Services and Shea Properties into one national brand. He oversaw all aspects of sales and marketing across four counties, including up to twenty-six concurrently active subdivisions with more than sixty salespeople. And Bill was their state-wide corporate broker.
Bill held similar positions with Lennar Urban and John Laing Urban.
Bill has been honored with dozens of industry awards including Sales Manager of the Year and Marketing Director of the Year by the (BIA) Building Industry Association. He is a frequently called upon guest speaker at PCBC (Pacific Coast Builders Conference) and the (NAHB) National Association of Home Builder events. For six years Bill was a guest lecturer at the University of California Irvine for their MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing). And Bill is Eliant Certified.
